HELPFUL SHIT

  • Whether you’re heavily tattooed or completely new to the experience, my primary goal is to ensure you get a tattoo you will love forever and have an experience in a safe, comfortable and relaxes environment.

Whether you’re looking for a large piece or a smaller, single-session tattoo, whether you have a clear idea or no idea at all, I’m here to help. Consultations are always free, and I’m happy to sit down and discuss your ideas, answering any questions you have about the process. This initial conversation allows us to get to know each other, helping you feel comfortable and confident moving forward.

During our consultation, we’ll discuss your visual preferences, look at references, talk about placement, duration, and costs. I aim to cover all important aspects thoroughly. If we agree on a design and decide to move forward, a $300 deposit is required, and we’ll set a start date. For large custom pieces, this usually means booking one to four months after the consultation, depending on my schedule. Smaller and pre-drawn pieces can usually book much earlier.

  • Deposits are taken after the consultation or after a flash piece is chosen. Deposits are 300$, non refundable and non transferable. I require 5 days notice to reschedule an appointment, if sufficient time is not given this will result in a lost deposit. If you don’t show up for an appointment the deposit is lost without exception.

  • For your first session, make sure you are well-fed and well-rested. Wear comfortable clothing and bring any snacks, drinks, or comforts you might need.

If it’s a large tattoo (like an arm sleeve), expect the first two hours to be spent on setup, stencil application, and additional drawing. The first session typically focuses on outlining, though it’s not uncommon to get some shading done as well.

During the tattoo process, I’ll periodically check in with you to ensure you’re comfortable. Feel free to speak up if you need a break, need to adjust, or feel uncomfortable. Your comfort and happiness are important to me and the quality of the session for both of us!

  • You don’t need to make conversation if you prefer to relax quietly. We can talk as much or as little as you like.

At the end of the session, I’ll clean the tattooed area and give it some time to calm down while I clean up my work area. I’ll then bandage you up, and we’ll wrap things up for the day. If you have another session booked, I’ll see you next time!

  • 1. Keep the bandage on until the next day, removing it the following morning at the earliest, or by evening at the latest.

    2. Shower immediately after removing the bandage, gently washing with warm soapy water 2-3 times.

    3. Pat the tattoo dry with a clean towel or paper towel.

    4. Keep the tattoo clean and dry, letting your body naturally heal it.

    5. A scab will form after a few days; avoid touching it.

    6. During healing, the tattoo will become dry, itchy, and flaky; this is normal. Let it stay dry.

    7. Once flaking starts, you can use a small amount of unscented hand cream for itch relief, but use it sparingly as it doesn’t aid in healing. Over use of moisturizer will prolong the healing process.

    8. If you have any questions or concerns at all, contact me. Do not go on google or ask your friends what to do, for any reason.

  • For large pieces I usually do one session at the end to go over everything to make sure it’s all cleaned up and solid.

  • Never hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns about the healing process. I’m here to ensure your tattoo experience is as smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free as possible.
